Q

I can't seem to see e-books that I've downloaded.

I've tried opening the e-book and transferring it to my e-reader, but nothing works.

Answer

Downloading EBSCO and EBL e-books, and transferring them to an e-reader, requires the free Adobe Digital Editions, which is available for both Mac and PC here: http://www.adobe.com/products/digitaleditions/.

Instructions for downloading and installing Adobe Digital Editions can be found here: http://support.ebsco.com/knowledge_base/detail.php?id=5882

If you are trying to view the e-book on a mobile iOS or mobile Android device, you'll need to download the free BlueFire Reader app.
