When I try to Download a Springer ebook, I get a "Not Found" error page.

The book I'm trying to download is "Elementary Analysis: The Theory of Calculus" by Kenneth Ross. It says the URL is not found on this server.

Update: As of Feb. 6, 2014, this issue has been resolved. If you experience problems with Springer full-text links, please report it here.
