Question: Why does my article or eBook say "No full text available" in SuperSearch?

Answer:

SuperSearch occasionally experiences indexing problems that cause some eBooks and articles to display "No full text available" instead of a full text link. Although these problems are usually temporary, we understand how problematic they are, and we share your frustration.

Here are some workarounds you can try.

For eBooks:

Try searching our major eBook collections directly. You can find current collections on our Find eBooks page.

For Articles:

If you know the name of the journal, try browsing for the article using our Find Journals page

You can search for the article title in Google Scholar and use the "Full Text @ Drake" link to retrieve a full text link.

Of course, you can always contact the library using one of the Ask a Librarian methods, and we'll try to find the full text for you.
