If you get the message "This site can't be reached. library.drake.edu took too long to respond” and/or an “ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT” error when you try to visit library.drake.edu, first check the main Drake site at www.drake.edu to make sure the problem isn’t affecting the entire Drake network.

If you are on the eduroam wireless network, try forgetting eduroam and reconnecting. Then try accessing the library website again.

If you are still unable to connect to the library website, please contact Drake ITS for assistance at 271-3001 or submit a Wireless Network service request.
